Files that have been deleted off the hard disk will not be deleted from Genie Timeline. Therefore, an accidentally deleted file can be recovered from backup ensuring protection of all data.<\/p>\n

To permanently remove a deleted file:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Open the\u00a0Dashboard<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Under\u00a0Tools<\/strong>\u00a0\u2192 Go to\u00a0Timeline Recycle Bin<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. To permanently\u00a0remove the deleted files from the backup, click\u00a0Delete Permanently<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
